We are confident you will love your products, however, we understand that things happen so we will gladly exchange unopened products in original condition within 14 business days from your online purchase less shipping charges or applied discounts.
Please notify us via email if you will be exchanging a product you have purchased online at email@example.com. List your invoice number, date of purchase and reason for the exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once merchandise has arrived back to us and has been inspected we will then issue a store credit.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We process most orders within 48 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a Friday after 5pm, it will be processed the following Monday.
