WTF is up with Celery Juice?
Everyone is drinking celery juice - but why? While celery sticks have long been the black sheep of the crudite plate, today it's getting some major attention and is slowly gaining the name "superfood".
Celery has incredible health benefits, that are simply magnified by juicing. Not only is celery high in vitamins and minerals, but it is anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and gut-friendly.

and even IBS.
The mineral salts in celery help to fight and cleanse the body. Celery can also help boost the production of thyroid hormones.
Celery's detoxifying properties work to remove bad bacteria, fungi, mold, viruses and other toxins from the liver.
Studies have shown that celery extract consumption can help to prevent stroke, lower blood pressure and reduce plaque in arteries.
Celery contains luteolin, a potent flavonoid, that can act as an antioxidant and calm inflammation.
